このたび、当会議所が利用しているメール一斉配信サービス「ブラストメール」運営会社（株式会社ラクスライトクラウド）において、外部からの不正アクセスによる情報漏えいが発生したことが、サービス提供会社から報告されました。

同社によると、メール配信先のリストなど、一部の利用者の情報が漏えいしたことが確認されています。JCC会員の皆さまのメールアドレス等についても、漏えいした可能性がありますが、現時点ではサービス提供会社が詳細調査中です。

つきましては、会員の皆さまに以下の点についてご注意くださいますようお願いいたします。

今回の情報漏えいに関連して、不審なメールや、JCCなどの関係機関を装った偽のメールが届く可能性があります。

不審なメールを受信された場合は、以下の点にご注意ください。

• メールに記載されたURLやリンクをクリックしないでください。
• 添付ファイルを開かないでください。
• メールへの返信や、個人情報・経理情報・銀行口座・クレジットカード・パスワードなどの入力を行わないでください。
• JCCからのメールを装っている場合も、少しでも不審な点があれば、メールに記載された連絡先ではなく、普段ご利用のJCCの連絡先（あるいは以下に記載の連絡先）にご確認ください。

現在、サービス提供会社が漏えいした情報の詳細や影響範囲を調査しています。

JCCとしても引き続き情報収集と確認を進め、新たな事実が判明次第、速やかに本ウェブサイトでお知らせします。

We have been informed by the provider of our mass email distribution service, Blastmail, operated by RAKUS Light Cloud Co., Ltd., that an information leak has occurred as a result of unauthorized external access.

According to the service provider, information belonging to some users, including email distribution lists, has been confirmed to have been leaked. The email addresses and other information of JCC members may also have been affected. The service provider is currently conducting a detailed investigation to determine the full extent of the incident.

If you receive a suspicious email, please take the following precautions:

• Do not click on any URLs or links included in the email.
• Do not open any attachments.
• Do not reply to the email or enter any personal information, financial or accounting information, bank account details, credit card information, passwords, or other sensitive data.
• Even if an email appears to come from JCC, if anything seems suspicious, please verify its authenticity using your usual JCC contact details or the contact information provided below. Do not use the contact details listed in the suspicious email.

The service provider is currently investigating the details of the leaked information and the scope of the potential impact.
