The Human Resources Development Committee held HRD Seminar to Thai Employees

On August 22nd, the Human Resources Development Committee (chair: Mr. ASADA Kazushige, Teijin Polyester Co., Ltd.) held HRD seminar for Thai employees of JCC member companies.


In this seminar, there are more than 100 participants attending. The lecturer was Ms. Potjamon Piampanya that came from Coach-A (Thailand) Co., Ltd. She came to give the lecture in the topic “Aligning Personal & Organizational Goals” explaining practical methods for setting and achieving work objectives, as well as work improvement procedures using the PDCA and HoRenSo model.
