HRD Seminar for Thai Employees by Human Resources Development Committee

On March 6th, the Human Resources Development Committee, chaired by Mr. ASADA Kazushige (Teijin Polyester (Thailand) Ltd.), held its third human resources development seminar for fiscal year 2025 at hotel in Bangkok. The seminar was organized for Thai employees of JCC member companies with approximately 100 participants in attendance.


The seminar featured a presentation by Ms. Pornsawan Yusupap, a lecturer from HRI (Thailand) Co., Ltd., on the topic of “Managing Workplace Conflict with Positive Communication” drawing on fundamental theories of interpersonal communication, Ms. Pornsawan delivered a well-structured session combining lectures and practical exercises. She provided clear and practical guidance on effective communication techniques, covering topics from managing workplace conflicts to building consensus.
