Lecture on Cruise Ship Organized by Tourism & Public Relations Division

On February 24th, the Tourism & Public Relations Division, chaired by Mr. Takafumi Sawada (Japan Airlines Co., Ltd.) held a lecture and networking event aboard a cruise ship on the Chao Phraya River. The event featured 2 guest speakers from Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., who delivered presentations on the theme of the Japanese food market in ASEAN. Mr. YAZAKI Kei spoke on “Latest Trends in Trade Lanes Connecting Thailand, ASEAN, and Japan,” while Mr. TOKIMARU Kota presented on “Predicting Post-Visit Consumption Trends of Japanese Food Based on Behavioral Data Analysis During Visits to Japan.”


Following the presentations, participants had the opportunity to network and strengthen connections while enjoying the night view of Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River.
