็ีHuman Resources Development Committee Holds Seminar for Thai Employees

On August 28th, the Human Resources Development Committee, chaired by Mr. OSHIMA Kentaro, President of Teijin Polyester (Thailand), Ltd., held its 8th Human Resources Development Seminar at a hotel in Bangkok for Thai employees of JCC member companies. Approximately 100 participants attended the seminar.


Three guest lecturers from Asian Identity Co., Ltd. delivered presentations on the theme, “Critical Thinking in the Age of AI.” Focusing on the “problem-identification skills” required in the AI era, participants first learned the fundamentals of critical thinking, including how to identify the essence of a problem and formulate and test hypotheses. They then applied these concepts through a practical workshop. With the use of AI in business environments continuing to expand, the seminar provided participants with an opportunity to develop the fundamental thinking skills needed to effectively utilize AI in their work.
