- Why is goal alignment often difficult across teams and departments?
- What happens when people don't feel connected to the “why” behind the goal?
- How to co-create goals that people take ownership?


Part 2 : From Goals to Action
(How Coaching Dialogue Activates PDCA and HoRenSo to Move the Team)
- What is coaching dialogue, and why does it matter?
- Rethinking PDCA & HoRenSo as living systems, not forms
- How dialogue supports continuous learning and shared responsibility?

Executive Coach from Coach A (Thailand) Co., Ltd. 
- Holds an ICF Professional Coach Certification Experienced executive 
   and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience supporting local 
   and international leaders in achieving growth and transformation.

Approx. 100 people (3 peoples per company)


8. Seminar Fee
1,200 THB/ person (included VAT and can't deduct withholding tax)


9. Payment Compliance
- Advance payment for seminar is required.
- Can pay seminar fee by bank transfers, cash and cheque at JCC.
- We will provide invoices to all participants before payment and send them to your email after registration.    
- Receipt can only be by issued after you send us a payment slip to hrd_seminar@jcc.or.th
- No refund but you can find someone alternative instead if you can’t attend.
- Please note that receipt may be issued after the event if the transfer date is close to the event.
- If the payment is not received by the deadline, the registration will be automatically canceled.
